KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That the undersigned Seller, for and in consideration of the total sales price set forth herein, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, does hereby bargain, sell, grant, transfer, and deliver unto the undersigned Buyer all legal rights, title, equity, and interest in and to the vessel, outboard motor, and boat trailer described below, to have and to hold forever.

STATUTORY KANSAS MARINE "AS-IS" DISCLAIMER (K.S.A. § 84-2-316): The vessel, outboard motor, and trailer described herein are bargained, sold, and conveyed strictly in "AS-IS, WHERE-IS" condition, WITH ALL FAULTS AND DEFECTS, WHETHER LATENT OR PATENT. The Seller disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of seaworthiness, hull integrity, transom condition, motor compression, electrical wiring, or fitness for marine use. Buyer acknowledges having had full opportunity to inspect or water-test the watercraft or has knowingly waived this right.
AFFIRMATION UNDER PENALTY OF PERJURY (K.S.A. § 21-5903): I hereby affirm under penalties of perjury that the purchase price, HIN, and vessel descriptions stated herein are true and accurate, that the Seller is lawful owner with clear legal authority to transfer ownership free of all liens, and that Kansas is a non-titling watercraft state under K.S.A. § 32-1110.
